Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb peeled/deveined large shrimp, tails removed
- Aluminum foil
- 2 lemons, for juice/wedges
- 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley
- 7 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning blend
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Italian-style bread crumbs
Steps
- Thaw shrimp if needed. Position oven rack 6 inches from broiler, then preheat oven to broil on HIGH. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Juice ½ lemon (2 tablespoons), then cut remaining half into wedges. Place parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning in food processor bowl; pulse 5–6 times until blended.
- Cut butter into small cubes, then add to food processor; process until chopped and well blended. Transfer mixture to microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 30–40 seconds until butter melts.
- Arrange shrimp in single layer on baking sheet (wash hands). Pour butter mixture over shrimp, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil 5–6 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque and bread crumbs begin to lightly brown on the edges. Serve with lemon wedges.
