Baked Fish Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • Nonstick aluminum foil
  • 4 (6 oz) firm white fish fillets (such as mahi-mahi, haddock, or cod; about 1 ½ lb)
  • ½ lemon, for juice
  • 4 tablespoons Asiago Caesar dressing, divided
  • 8 tablespoons panko bread crumbs, divided

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Arrange fish on baking sheet (wash hands).
    2. Squeeze lemon for juice (1 tablespoon); brush juice over fish, then top each fillet with 1 tablespoon dressing and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Bake 16–18 minutes until center of fish flakes easily and is 145°F. Serve.
    Note: Always check fish for bones.
