Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (0.9 oz) packet béarnaise (or hollandaise) sauce mix
- ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter. Combine potatoes and sauce mix; transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
- Combine butter, breadcrumbs, and parsley; sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake 18–20 minutes until thoroughly heated. Serve.
