Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag fresh microwaveable baby cut carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Steps
- Place carrots and water in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 5–7 minutes until desired tenderness.
- Melt butter in small saucepan on medium-high; stir in syrup. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Stir in thyme. Add carrots and toss until evenly coated; serve immediately.
