Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ seedless cucumber
- 1 small red onion
- 1 Hass avocado
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup red wine vinaigrette
Steps
- Halve cherry tomatoes; slice yellow tomato, cucumber (1 cup), and onion (¼ cup) thinly. Halve avocado, remove pit and flesh, and slice thinly. Tear basil.
- Arrange vegetables on serving platter. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with dressing; serve.
