Ingredients
- 8 oz Bakery baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 oz Deli garlic & herb goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 4 oz Deli sliced prosciutto
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 12 (½-inch-thick) slices, then arrange on baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove bread from oven and let stand to cool.
- Meanwhile, halve avocados and remove pits and flesh; place flesh in bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mash with fork until combined. Combine cheese and pesto in second bowl.
- Spread cheese and avocado mixtures evenly over bread slices; top evenly with prosciutto slices. Serve.
