Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 bag chopped hearts of romaine (8–10 oz)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced fresh red onions
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
Steps
- Halve garlic clove; rub cut edges over inside of salad bowl (discard garlic). Add oil and vinegar; whisk until well blended.
- Add salad blend, tomatoes, and onions. Halve avocado, scoop out flesh, and cut into bite-size pieces. Add to salad; toss to blend. Serve.
