Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 (7 ½ oz) jar duck sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 lb fresh chicken tenderloins
Steps
- Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Combine in medium bowl: seasoned salt, five-spice, duck sauce, and teriyaki sauce; reserve ¼ cup for dipping.
- Add chicken to bowl and stir to coat (wash hands) Let stand to marinate at 10 minutes (or up to 30 minutes).
- Place chicken on grill, discarding marinade. Close lid and grill 3–4 minutes until chicken is 165°F. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
