Asian-Style Chicken Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lb fresh chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Szechuan stir-fry sauce
  • 5 oz Chinese noodles

Steps

    1. Bring water to a boil for noodles. Preheat wok (or large sauté pan) on medium-high 2–3 minutes; add sesame oil and swirl to coat. Add chicken to wok (wash hands) and cook 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
    2. Add garlic, vegetables, teriyaki sauce, and Szechuan sauce to wok; cook and stir 5 minutes until vegetables are hot and chicken is 165°F. Meanwhile, add noodles to water and boil 3 minutes; drain.
    3. Add noodles to wok and stir until coated; serve.
