Apple Cider Turkey Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups turkey (or chicken) stock
  • 1 ½ cups spiced apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup turkey drippings (or unsalted butter)
  • ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning

Steps

    1. Pour stock and cider into large saucepan; bring to a boil on medium. Combine cornstarch and drippings; whisk until smooth.
    2. Reduce heat to low. Drizzle cornstarch mixture into stock mixture, whisking to blend; simmer 1–2 minutes until thickened. Stir in poultry seasoning. Serve.
