Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 green onions
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 (12 oz) package fresh broccoli slaw
Steps
- Place almonds and sesame seeds in medium sauté pan on low. Cook and stir 4–5 minutes until toasted. Slice green onions thinly.
- Place vinegar and soy sauce in medium bowl. Add oil, onions, almonds, and sesame seeds; whisk to blend.
- Stir in broccoli slaw until evenly coated. Serve.
