Almond-Sesame Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (12 oz) package fresh broccoli slaw

Steps

    1. Place almonds and sesame seeds in medium sauté pan on low. Cook and stir 4–5 minutes until toasted. Slice green onions thinly.
    2. Place vinegar and soy sauce in medium bowl. Add oil, onions, almonds, and sesame seeds; whisk to blend.
    3. Stir in broccoli slaw until evenly coated. Serve.
