Ingredients
- 2 cups reduced-fat milk
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries (or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
- 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons creamy almond (or peanut) butter
Steps
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve.
