Ingredients

  • 2 cups reduced-fat milk
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries (or strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond (or peanut) butter

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into serving glasses and serve.
