Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey (+ more, optional for serving)
- 1 large egg
- 12 slices Bakery sourdough bread (about 16 oz)
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and sliced strawberries)
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Combine yogurt, honey, and egg; whisk until custard is smooth. Arrange bread slices on flat work surface; press into center of each slice with spoon, creating well. Spoon about 2 tablespoons custard into each well; top evenly with berries.
- Place slices in air fryer (in batches if needed). Bake 7–8 minutes until bread is toasted and custard is set. Remove and drizzle with additional honey, if using. Serve.
