Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 8 oz fresh strawberry-pineapple fruit salad
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen fruit and veggie smoothie blend
- 2 ½ cups açaí juice (or puree)
- ½ cup oats and honey granola
- 4 tablespoons almond (or peanut) butter, divided
- 4 teaspoons honey (or agave nectar), divided
Steps
- Peel orange and cut into segments (about 1 cup). Slice strawberries and pineapples thinly.
- Place smoothie blend and açaí juice in blender (or food processor bowl) and blend until smooth.
- Divide smoothie mixture among serving bowls. Arrange even rows of granola, strawberries, pineapples, and orange segments over smoothie bowls; top each with 1 tablespoon almond butter and drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve.
