Product details
Tasty New Orleans-style crab cakes start with Zatarain's® Crab Cake Mix. This easy-to-prepare mix has just the right blend of ingredients – bread crumbs, bell peppers, real lemon, garlic, and spices like red pepper and turmeric – for restaurant-quality crab cakes made right at home. You can find great tasting crab cakes across Louisiana, where crabs, especially blue crabs, are abundant in the wetlands. Make them in your kitchen with convenient Zatarain's Crab Cake Mix. Just add 1 pound of fresh crabmeat to our mix along with an egg and 2/3 cup mayonnaise, form into patties, and fry until golden brown. Feel free to substitute canned crabmeat, chopped cooked shrimp, or imitation crabmeat for fresh crabmeat.
