Nestle Toll House Triple Chip Morsels. Marbled Nestle Toll House Triple Chip Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture gradually. Halve the dough and separate into two bowls; stir cocoa powder into one. Divide morsels between both bowls and stir. Portion blonde dough into half-tablespoon sized balls. Repeat with cocoa dough. Create a marbled effect by rolling one blonde ball and one cocoa ball together. Repeat with remaining dough. Place onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. Baking Tip: If dough is very soft after marbling, place in the refrigerator to firm slightly for 15-30 minutes prior to baking. Quality Tip: Store morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70 degrees F). Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappears when melted. This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren't affected.
