Product details Our 2021 Pinot Gris was bottled on Valentine's Day after minimal stainless steel aging to preserve the aromatics and freshness to create a lively and crisp wine. Beautiful bright aromas of citrus fruit, fresh lime and wild strawberry mingle in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues with grapefruit, fresh citrus and lime zest, followed by a touch of quince and wet stone, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity.
