Shake marinade well before use. Marinating Recommendations: Traditional Carne Asada is made with thin cuts of meat, such as flank steak, flap meat, hanger steak, or skirt steak. When using these cuts, marinate the meat for 30 minutes to achieve full flavor. Tapatio Carne Asada Marinade makes thicker cuts of steak taste great too. Marinate cuts such as sirloin, rib-eye, and T-bone for 3 hours or more to achieve full flavor. Put up to 4 lbs of your preferred meat in a re-sealable bag or container. Reserve 2-4 tbsp for basting while cooking, then pour remaining contents onto the meat. Refrigerate while meat is marinating. Remove meat and discard the used marinade. Grill or Broil until desired doneness, basting with the reserved marinade. Refrigerate after opening.
