How to Use: Apply generous coat to meat 5 - 30 minutes prior to cook. Cover entire surface of meat, but avoid over application in pockets & skin flaps as these areas can accumulate excess rub leading to over seasoning. Shake or tap to remove clumping. Store in cool, dry place.
