Sharpening Instructions: 1. Place the tip of the steel on a solid surface. 2. Place your blade at the top of steel at preferred sharpening angle. Push the knife down the steel while pulling the knife towards you from the heel to the tip. (Fig. 1). 3. Repeat on the other side of the blade. (Fig. 2). 4. Continue sharpening both sides until sharp. (Fig. 3). Care & Storage: Clean with soapy water and a mild brush. Dry before storing.
