Storage: Once mixed, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: Measure 2 fl oz Water + add 1 scoop (8.8 g) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure 4 fl oz Water + add 2 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure 6 fl oz Water + add 3 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure 8 fl oz Water + add 4 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula.
