Time: Prep time: 5 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Ingredients: 1 pkg. Sauer's chili seasoning mix. 1 lb. Lean ground beef or turkey. 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce or 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, un-drained. 1 (15 to 16 oz) can kidney beans, un-drained. 1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil; cover. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings. Variations: Serve with shredded cheese or chopped onions. Use over hot dogs for easy chili dogs. Serve over a baked potato or french fries.
