Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1 Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. 2 Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Remove potatoes from bag, sprinkling potatoes over bottom of skillet until 1/3 inch thick. 4 Fry, without turning, until edges are golden brown. 5 Turn potatoes, fry 5 minutes longer. 6 For crispy potatoes, do not cook more than 1/2 inch of potatoes at a time and turn only once. Air Fryer (Extra Crispy Method): 1 Preheat Air Fryer to 375 degrees F. 2 Brush inside of Air Fryer tray with vegetable oil. 3 Toss potatoes in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (or other favorite oil). 4 Season potatoes with 1 teaspoon (good pinch) of salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning). 5 Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway to ensure even cooking. Keep refrigerated. Keep refrigerated at all times. After opening, store in a sealed container. For best quality use within 3 days of opening.
