You will need: Biscuit: 1 cup cold water 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese* 1 pouch Gluten-Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (enclosed) Herb Butter Sauce: 1/4 cup butter 1 pouch garlic herb blend (enclosed) Before you begin: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms. (do not over-mix). 2. Scoop dough immediately into 10–12 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, add garlic herb blend and stir until well blended. 4. Spoon or brush 1 teaspoon herb butter sauce onto each hot biscuit. Serve immediately. *Some shredded cheddar cheese contains gluten. Be sure to make certain your cheese is gluten-free. High Altitude (Over 5,000 feet): No adjustment necessary.
