Remove from this outer package. Place the microwave-safe tray in the microwave. 2. Microwave on high (100% power) for 3-4 minutes. 3. Remove carefully from microwave. Caution: Product will be extremely hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes. If frozen, microwave on 20% power for 7 minutes. Continue cooking on 100% power for 3-4 minutes.
