Cooking Instructions: Preheat skillet to 360 degrees F., cook frozen patties 3-1/2 minutes on each side until browned. Cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Make your own skillet gravy. A General Recipe: Cook approximately 8 sausage patties on medium heat. When sausage is done, remove sausage and use drippings for making gravy. Stir in about 2-1/2 tbsp. of flour. Cook the flour and drippings for a minute or two bringing to a boil stirring constantly. Add approximately 1-1/2 cups of milk, salt, pepper and extra cooked sausage to get your desired taste and continue stirring to avoid lumps and bring gravy to a desired consistency. The longer it cooks, the thicker the gravy. Make it often and make it better. It's gooo-od. Keep frozen.
