Heating Instructions
To heat the smoked pork:This item is fully cooked and may be eaten either hot or cold. For best results: follow one of these preparation methods.CONVENTIONAL OVEN:1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pork from packaging and cut into large 2-inch pieces.2. Add pork and 1/4 cup water to a 9 x 13 inch oven-safe baking dish; cover with nonstick aluminum foil.3. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and 165°F.4. Remove foil and serve shredded and tossed with your favorite barbecue sauce (if desired).Note: Ovens vary; adjust time as needed.GRILL:1. Preheat grill on medium. Remove pork from packaging and cut into large 2-inch pieces.2. Add pork and 1/4 cup water to a 9 x 13 inch foil pan; cover pan with nonstick aluminum foil.3.
