Thawing Instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing sealed package of fish under cold running water 10-15 minutes until thawed. Do not refreeze. Conventional Oven; Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Remove fish from packaging and arrange on baking sheet. Beek 13-15 minutes if thawed (20-22 minutes if frozen), until centers of fillets flake easily and area (145 degrees F). Stovetop: Preheat large, nonstick saute pan on medium 2-3 minutes. Remove thawed fish from packaging. Place 1 teaspoon oil in pan, then add fish. Cook 5-6 minutes on each side until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Line air fryer basket with foil. Remove fish from packaging and arrange in basket. Air-fry 12-14 minutes (Air fryers vary in wattage and capacity; adjust as needed) if thawed (21-23 minutes if frozen), until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Remove thawed fish from packaging and coat with cooking spray. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Note: Always check fish for bones. Keep frozen. Do not freeze once defrosted.
