Preparation: Start with fresh, cold, filtered water and a clean coffee maker. Use one tablespoon of coffee for each 6 fl oz of water. Follow the instructions for your coffee maker. Use more or less coffee according to personal preference. Storage: Coffee is best consumed within a week or so of opening. Stored in a sealed, airtight container in a cold, dry, dark place, your coffee should stay reasonably fresh for 7-10 days.
