To make our Cubanitos platter, only Cuban bread will do. We use a traditional recipe with the right amounts of yeast and flour and bake it fresh right in-store.

When it comes to the types of meat used in Cuban sandwiches, there are two camps: those who prefer them with pork and those who like them with salami. While we think both meats are delicious, we make our Cubanitos with thin slices of Publix sweet ham and roast pork. Then we top them with Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and our own mayonnaise mustard mix.
