Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place tenderloin on roasting pan bacon side up. Roast in a preheated 425 F oven for 23–34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Remove from oven and let the tenderloin rest for three minutes before slicing. For Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on foil on grate bacon side up over indirect heat. Grill for 23–34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Remove from grill and let the tenderloin rest for three minutes before slicing. For Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 F. Place foil on top fillet to cover bacon. Place tenderloin in air fryer. Cook approximately 18–38 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 F. Remove from air fryer and let tenderloin rest for three minutes before slicing. Oven, grill and air fryer temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
