Pantry Necessities: 6 tbsp unsalted butter; 2 eggs; 1/4 cup sugar; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; Parchment paper; Standing mixer; Whisk; Spatula; Metal or glass bowl. Instructions: 1. Slowly melt butter over medium low heat. Pour into the bowl of stand mixer. Refrigerate at least 10-15 minutes. 2. Add the sugar & brown sugar to the butter bowl and mix on medium until combined. Scrape sides & mix again. 3. Crack one egg into a separate small bowl & whisk. 4. Add 1 whole egg, 1/2 the whisked egg& vanilla to butter/sugar mixture. Mix on medium-high until it resembles whipped icing. 5. Add flour mixture from the pty kit, mix on low until 2/3 combined. Scrape the bowl, add the chocolate chips. Finish mixing. 6. Refrigerate the dough for an hour. 7. Pre-heat oven to 365. 8. Put parchment paper on cookie sheet. 9. Place dough round on parchment. 10. Bake for 11 minutes. 11. Have patience!
