1 - Open the articulated cover according to figure 1. 2 - Pour water with the desired temperature (up to 194 degrees F), keeping your hand distant from the plate.3 - Close the cover in order to avoid any leaking. Take to microwave without lid or suction cup base. 4 - Put the food on the plate in order to preserve the temperature. 5 - After putting water and food on the plate, apply some pressure with your hands towards the table so that the plate is fixed and thus preventing spills. 6 - To remove the plate, use the elastic device in the suction cup base, pulling it in the indicated direction as shown in figure 6.
