Uses for Hardwood Pellets: Wood Pellet Grill: Simply fill up the hopper, set your temperature, and get cooking! Charcoal Grill: Add wood pellets in with charcoal to achieve wood-fired flavor. Once the coals are covered in white ash and reached a lot, even temperature, add your pellets to the coals in a thin layer over the charcoal. Smoke Tube: Fill the smoke tube with pellets, place it on your grill grates, and light one end of the tube. Allow the flame to burn for 15 minutes before blowing out the flame. Fire Pit: Load your fire with pellets or supplement your firewood by adding pellets in with the logs. Store in a dry place.
