What You'll Need: 2.2 lb (1 kg) diced chicken, lamb, beef, seafood or vegetables. 3 cups (570 g) cooked basmati rice. Optional: 2 tablespoons of cream. Cooking Instructions: 1. Sear meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan. 2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling. 3. Cover pan with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are fully cooked and tender: (approx. 20 mins for chicken or vegetables, longer for red meats). 4. Serve with cooked basmati rice. Enjoy our famous butter chicken soak deliciously mild & creamy. Our Tip: For that extra rich restaurant flavor try drizzling cream over your dish just before serving, and serve with chapatis to soak up the sauce. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
