Based on a regional recipe from Barnwell County, South Carolina, we present our uniquely tangy sauce, Edisto Orange, named for the magnificent river that flows near our family farm. We created The Palmetto Sauce Company because our friends just couldn't get enough Edisto Orange. Our sauce enhances the flavor of everything: pork, beef, chicken, bread, potato chips, eggs, even pasta. Some people have been known to eat it straight up on a spoon, it's that good.
