Use during the day and while sleeping. 1. Place a disc at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek. 2. Use your tongue to push the disc to a comfortable spot. Let sit for 10 seconds to not disrupt adhesion. Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side touching cheek. Use two discs while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed. Frequent between-meal consumption of foods high in sugars and starches promotes tooth decay. Xylitol does not promote and may reduce the risk of tooth decay. Place tan side to your gum holding for 10 seconds for comfortable relief. White side melts to coat, moisturize, and lubricate. Store in a cool, dry place.
