Heating Instructions: Directions are given from frozen. Some ovens vary heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Conventional Oven: (recommended method): Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C (Gas mark 7-8). Place single layer of frozen chicken cutlets on baking sheet. Heat for 10-15 minutes or until hot and crispy. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Microwave: For best quality we do not recommend heating in a microwave oven. Nevertheless, instructions are given if desired. Place frozen chicken cutlets on a microwave -able plate and heat uncovered on high, for 2 minutes for 1 cutlet, 3-4 minutes for 2 cutlets. Do not over cook Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Keep frozen.
