Directions: For a lifetime of healthy, beautiful skin, practice these sun safe habits year round: Apply and reapply sunscreen per directions to maintain protection from the sun. Seek shade, especially in the middle of the day when the sun's rays are strongest (10 am-2 pm). Cover up with protective clothing to guard as much skin as possible. Wear a hat, preferably one with a wide brim, to shade your face, ears and neck. Wear sunglasses with 99%- 100% UV absorption to provide optimal protection for your eyes & the surrounding skin. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging.
