Easy to Apply: 1. Slide foot in support and adjust to center of kneecap. 2. Fold back end tab on itself (A), feed through strap loop on the back of the support and center with smooth side against back of knee. 3. Wrap diagonally around front of leg below kneecap. Continue to wrap behind the leg and attach end tab to the gray patch on the front of the leg. Adjust for comfortable tension. 4. Repeat step 3 with other end. Note: The way the strap is wrapped can be customized for your needs. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry. Air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
