We’ve opened restaurants around the world and now we’ve bringing our flavors to your kitchen. We’ve partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. Cooking Instructions (Spicy Chili Noodles): 1. Bring at least 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. 2. Add noodles and cook for 3 and half minutes. (Please increase cook time for softer noodles). 3. Drain water from noodles after cooking. 4. Mix sauce packet into the noodles. 5. Enjoy with your favorite toppings while warm. We like Momofuku Chili Crunch! Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
