Unique Brewing or Aging Methods

Mark Anthony Brand products are made from a proprietary fermented malt base like traditional beer. But unlike traditional beer, we have perfected the fermenting process to create the purest tasting malt base on the planet! We use a proprietary multi-stage filtration process to develop our pure malt base that is at the heart of mike's crisp, clean taste. This handcrafted approach naturally removes gluten from our products through filtration. Gravity & IBU's filtered out in process.
