You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp oil; 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces; 2 tbsp butter; 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce; 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half. Directions: 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until browned on all sides. 2. Melt butter in same skillet. Add Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. 3. Stir in cream. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
