Coking Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meat on all sides. 2. Place meat in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk water and Sauce Starter until smooth; pour over meat. 3. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 10 hours - until meat is fork-tender. Remove meat form slow cooker and shred with a fork. Serve with warm La Tortilla Factory tortillas. Our Favorite Toppings: Cilantro and diced onion.
