Easy to prepare - Keep frozen: In the Oven: 1. Spread frozen shoestring potatoes in a shallow pan. 2. Place in preheated oven at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). 3. Heat 18 to 25 minutes until desired color. 4. Turn at least once to heat evenly. (place under broiler for an additional 2 minutes if you desire additional crispness). 5. Salt and season to taste, then serve. Deep/Electric Fryer: 1. Place frozen shoestring potatoes in oil filled deep fryer heated to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Fry 2 minutes or until desired color. 3. Remove from fryer, drain on absorbent towel 4. Salt and season to taste, then serve. Stove Top: 1. Place frozen shoestring potatoes (single layer) in a large cold skillet. 2. Pour in just enough oil to cover potatoes and stir lightly. 3. Set to medium heat (350 degrees F to 375 degrees F/ 180 degrees C-190 degrees C); stir occasionally to keep potatoes separated. 4. Cook approximately 5 to 8 minutes or to desired color. 5. Turn off heat, remove potatoes with slotted spoon and drain on absorbent towel. 6. Salt and season to taste, then serve. Keep frozen.
