Brewing: Start with filtered cold water. Each brewer has a difference grind size. 195 degrees F is ideal for darker coffee. Use 2 tbsp coffee per 6 oz of water. Pro-Tip: Use a gram scale. 1 gram of coffee for every 17 grams of water. Coffee Tips: Freshness: Keep your beans in a tightly sealed bag or an airtight container away from light and moisture.
