Brownie Instructions: You'll Need: 1 bag Kodiak mix; 2 eggs (or egg substitute); 1/2 cup melted butter; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 2 tbsp water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Pour into a greased 9 inches x 9 inches pan. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist. Makes 12 brownies. Alternate Option: Replace butter and eggs with 1/2 cup more vegetable oil and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. Kodiak Pro Tip: Applesauce, greek yogurt, or mashed bananas can be substituted for all or part of the butter. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F. For optimal freshness, store in a cool dry place.
