Flapjack and Waffle Instructions: Flapjacks: 1 cup Kodiak Mix; 3/4 cup water. Pour mix into cup. Stir mix and water into a bowl until combined (do not overheat), Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated, greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat, or 375 degrees F, until bubbles form. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown. Waffles: 1 cup Kodiak mix 3/4 cup water. 1 tsp oil. Prepare just like the flapjacks and add 1 Tbsp of oil. Pour the batter into a heated and greased waffle iron and cook according to your waffle irons cooking instructions. Power-up with three hearty protein options! 14 g just add water; 17 g replace water with milk; 20 g replace water with milk & add an egg. Cinnamon Streusel Muffins: 2 cups Kodiak mix. 3/4 cup milk of choice. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 egg. Streusel Topping: 1/2 cup pecans chopped 1/4 cup Kodiak ix. 1/4 Cu-p brown sugar. 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all muffin ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Combine streusel topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until tops are golden. Makes 12 muffins. Snickerdoodle Cookies: 3/4 cup sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1-1/2 cups Kodiak mix. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream sugar and butter together until smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla. Blend in Kodiak mix. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough into small circles and coat in cinnamon sugar. Place cookies on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Makes 24 cookies. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F.
