Italian Beef: Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 15 min. Serving Size: 5. What you’ll need: 1 pkg. Kinder’s Italian Beef seasoning mix; 2 lb stew meat; 1/4 cup beef stock. Instructions: 1. Brown 2 lbs of cubed stew meat in instapot. 2. Add in seasoning mix and beef stock. Turn to pressure setting and pressure for 1hr 15 min. Pro Tips: Add a finely sliced yellow onion, green pepper and red bell pepper while browning the beef. Add 2 tbsp red wine vinegar with the cup of beef stock.
