Keep going. Arigatou. I was born in Kyoto, Japan, and worked as a geisha from the age of 16. After becoming Kimono Mom, I learned that there are many different food cultures around the world. I created this sauce in hopes that people of all backgrounds can enjoy Japanese food. This sauce is concentrated traditional Umami. It can be used when cooking simply by diluting with water. Umami Sauce is Great for: Diluting: Ramen, soba, udon. Dipping: Sushi, rice, popcorn, ice cream. Cooking: Soup, donburi, salad dressing. Marinating: BBQ, fried chicken, teriyaki. Condiment: Add to ketchup, mayo, butter, hot sauce. Keep at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
